根據 Geekbench 跑分資料，Nothing Phone (4b) 採用高通 Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 處理器。相比定位相近的上一代 Nothing Phone (3a) Lite，兩者同樣採用台積電 4 納米製程，但 Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 架構更新至 ARM Cortex-A720 及 Cortex-A520，因此 Phone (4b) 的 CPU 跑分略高，GPU 表現亦稍為佔優。
Nothing 早前表示，由於記憶體成本上升，不會推出主打性價比的 CMF Phone 3 Pro。不過從跑分資料來看，Nothing Phone (4b) 仍然配備 8GB RAM。
目前資料顯示，Nothing Phone (4b) 主要較上一代倒退的地方，可能是相機由三鏡頭改為雙鏡頭。不過在手機零件成本持續上升的情況下，像 Phone (4b) 這類入門定位手機，要控制成本就可能需要削減部分規格；若選擇維持配置，則可能要加價。
平價手機用家更重視每一分錢是否用得其所。Nothing 最終會如何在效能、相機、記憶體與售價之間取捨，相信會是 Phone (4b) 能否吸引市場的一大關鍵。
